RECYCLING TECH

We are developing a technological process for polyurethane, plastic and rubber recycling

What we do

ACOUSTIC TECH

We are developing a product that has great acoustic insulation properties by using recycled polyol and recycled rubber

ACOUSTIC PANELS

We are developing a product - acoustic panels that will be used in the construction industry

Project details

Project executor: UAB AVAGO

Project title: "Development of a technological process for the production of sound-insulating acoustic panels from recycled polyurethane, plastic and rubber waste"

Project code: LT07-1-EIM-01-017

The amount of eligible project costs is EUR 747,994.56

Project partners: UAB Provectus redivivus (LT), Norwegian partner (NO)

Global climate change is forcing us to look for new and innovative ways to turn waste into resources and turn useful materials into recyclable materials. With the increase in urban housing, the problem of noise is also growing, which is encouraging the development of new sound insulation products in the construction market.

Specific objectives:
- Develop a technological process for the production of sound-insulating acoustic panels from recycled polyurethane, plastic and rubber waste. This developed acoustic panel would replace well-established alternatives to sound insulation products in the construction market;
- Contribute to the circular economy by reducing polluting polyurethane waste;
- Improving the quality of life in the city by tackling growing noise in an innovative way.
